Julia and Jill have just learned that they will have to go to summer school, a significant blow to their vacation plans. While the pragmatic Jill accepts their fate, the impulsive Julia views this as an intolerable punishment. Immediately, Julia hatches a plan to turn the situation to their advantage, focusing her attention on their unsuspecting summer school teacher, Tommy. Dressed as cheerleaders, they go into Tommy’s classroom looking for something to use against him. All they have to do is find some dirt on the teacher, and he’ll have to let them free.
